Gino Engels co-founded OTA Insight in 2012. The company has since grown from a small disrupter challenging an established marketplace, to a business supporting over 55,000 hotels and accommodation providers in 185 countries.
As CCO, Gino works with the hospitality industry’s most progressive innovators as well as established global and local players to deliver a suite of industry-leading technology solutions. He leads the go-to-market efforts and drives the continued development of OTA Insight’s product portfolio, driven by the company’s mission to help the hospitality industry visualise and leverage its data.
Gino regularly contributes his expert knowledge on the hospitality sector to articles and publications on current trending topics. He also frequently speaks at industry events in the US, APAC and across Europe. Gino was awarded the HSMAI TOP 25 Americas Extraordinary Minds in 2018 and HSMAI Europe Top 20 Extraordinary Minds in 2017.
